General Information
West End is Boston's fabulous multiplex cinema. Open since March 2002, West End brings you all the biggest and best films, and a cinema-going experience that is second to none. We have the highest quality technology in all screens, which are fitted with luxurious seating. The expansive foyer contains a stylish café bar and a retail island offering a wide range of exciting snacks and refreshments.

Car Parking
West End Cinema offers its customers free car parking. This is in the form of a refundable pay and display system which is in use at the following times.
Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm
When purchasing a cinema ticket, 2hr, 3hr and 4hr Car Park Refund Vouchers can be redeemed at the Cinema Box Office, for vouchers valid wholly within the following times.
- (i) Monday to Friday 4pm to Midnight
- (ii) Saturday, Sunday and days designated as school holidays by the education authority for Boston
- (iii) Wednesdays: 11am to 3pm (for tickets that expire on or before 3pm
Car park tickets may be purchased up to 1 hour before these times. Please note that tickets purchased outside of these times and All Day car park tickets will not be refunded.
Disabled Facilities
West End Cinema was designed and fully equipped to cater for disabled and wheelchair users’ needs. All wheelchair bays are located in the centre of each screen, with easy access and good sightlines.
- Screen 1 - 4 designated wheelchair bays
- Screen 2 – 2 designated wheelchair bays
- Screen 3 – 2 designated wheelchair bays
- Screen 4 – 2 designated wheelchair bays
- Screen 5 – 2 designated wheelchair bays
We also provide audio description on selected films showing in screens 1 and 2. Please enquire at the box office for more information.
West End also accepts the CEA Carer’s Card, that is issued to disabled people with a registered carer. This card entitles the carer to admission free when the disabled person pays for a ticket. We have application forms for the CEA carer’s Card at our box office, or see www.ceacard.com for more details.
