How do I book a ticket?
Tickets can be booked by following the ‘Book Online’ link under each film and then selecting the desired date and time of the film, if you have difficulty booking online you can telephone us on 01205 363634 after 2pm. By booking your tickets online you are avoiding the queues at the cinema, as you can collect your tickets from the automatic collection point in the foyer of the cinema.

How do I collect my tickets?
Your tickets are available at West End Cinema for collection as soon as the booking has been confirmed, and remain available until the start of the selected performance.

West End Cinema is equipped with an advance booking ticket collection point (ATM). Simply take the same credit or debit card with you to collect your ticket/s from the ATM at the cinema box office foyer. This process is only used to retrieve your tickets; no further charges will be applied to your credit or debit card.

NB. To make the most of your booking, we suggest that you collect your tickets 15 minutes before the performance commences.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards (except American Express)

Why do you charge a booking fee?
A booking fee of £0.40 per ticket will be charged. This booking fee covers third party credit card charges.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes, we process your payment via a secure page. You will see 'https' in the URL and a security padlock either at the top or bottom of our payment screen. This means you have accessed a secure area.

All transaction details - including customer name and credit card details - are encrypted using SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") for maximum security.

Can I cancel my booking?
Tickets booked online are non-refundable or transferable by date or time.

Up to what age can I buy a child ticket?
Children up to and including the age of 14 can use child tickets (proof of age may be required). 15 years and over are charged as an adult.

What is a family ticket?
A family ticket comes in combinations of 4 tickets, either 2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets or one 1 adult ticket and 3 child tickets.

In order to participate in the family ticket deal, all customers must watch the same film.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?
We have a strict no external food and drink policy. We reserve the right to refuse customers entry into the screens with food or drink bought outside the premises. All our cinemas display the necessary signage, advising customers of this policy.
